We're based in Moree and service the wider region — Boggabilla, Mungindi, Goondiwindi, Narrabri, Warialda and Inverell. For the right project we'll travel further; just ask.
Yes. Most of our residential work is done under fixed-price NSW building contracts with transparent allowances, so you know the cost before we start. Genuinely unforeseeable items (like latent ground conditions) are discussed and approved before any extra work happens.
It's our home ground — literally. Reactive black soil is the norm around Moree and we engineer every slab and footing system for it, from stiffened rafts on new homes to piered footings under sheds.
We deliberately run a small number of jobs at a time so Cody can be on every site. Depending on the season we're typically booking three to six months ahead — get in touch early and we'll be straight with you about timing.
Yes. We manage the development application or complying development process end-to-end, including working with local certifiers, and we'll tell you up front if your project qualifies for exempt development.
Usually, yes. We stage renovation work and seal off active zones to manage dust and access, and we'll be honest with you about the stages where moving out for a few weeks makes life easier.
