Cody walks your site or home with you, listens to what you're after, and tells you honestly what's possible and what it'll roughly cost.

We work up drawings, specifications and a fixed-price contract with transparent allowances — so the number you sign is the number you pay.

The build
A small number of jobs at a time means Cody is on your site through the build. You get weekly updates and a straight answer whenever you call.

Handover & warranty
A defect-free handover, all certificates and warranties in your hand, and a builder who still answers the phone a year later.
